I Don’t Know Where The Wind Blows (2024-ongoing)

This project began in April 2024. It has explored the concept of borders through “wind’s format”. This endeavor aims to document the ever-changing wind movements and landscapes along the Belgium-Netherlands-Germany border, capturing moments through video vignettes and recording whispers carried by the wind. These elements underscore the universal nature of the wind, which defies human-made constructs such as political affiliations and regional labels.

This project is partly funded by Stichting Cultuur Eindhoven.

In October 2024, I spent two weeks at AIR Rozehond in Bedburg-Hau, near the Netherlands-Germany border, where I continued to develop the project. At the end of the residency, I presented a work-in-progress demo to share my process.
